Its hard to find someone who wants to win and be successful more than Coach Bakich. Bakich is always the first one to the field and the last one to leave. Bakich focuses on developing his players as men just as much as he does baseball players. There are times where practices or workouts seem excessively difficult, but everything Bakich does has a purpose. The time commitment to baseball is extensive, but I think that he will lead the Michigan program to multiple championships in the future.
