Evan Taylor puts company before employee experience. He constantly belittles employees, he does not take their concerns seriously and uses his position to weaken employees rights. As an HR professional he went out of his way to ignore serious allegations about another administrator and covered for them and put to bed any possible positive outcome from an employee holding an administrator responsible for their actions. It weakened the weight that protections against retaliation should carry amd made it so employees feel sniffing they can not speak out about their concerns.
