Fran is a wonderful coach who cares a lot about her players and wants to have a good relationship with them. However, I would consider her very "old-school" as she believes that injuries need to be dealt with in the training room, and pushed through on the field. Fitness tests happen often, but the hard work pays off on the field and in games.
