One of the best coach's in the country if you are willing to put in your time. He is not one that will tell you to get in the gym and motivate you to be better. He is fair and will give you what you deserve though. Coach McCaffery is a loyal, sometimes to a fault, coach that loves his players. You feel like a part of the family with Fran.
