Great guy, great coach, you will learn a lot of great skills and lax IQ from him. Has the biggest heart for lacrosse that I’ve ever seen.

Not very team based. He only focuses on select players while the others watch. He does not help develop players on or off the field, if the team loses he blames those who do not play. He is not motivating or a caring coach. If you come from a specific background or can contribute to the teams funding he will show an interest.
