Takes no accountability whatsoever for failure and pins it squarely on players. Woos and courts players into thinking they’ll be part of a positive environment and then treats players like garbage. There’s a reason why the best player on the team is trying to get out of there and entered the transfer portal.

She made my time playing there enjoyable and really brought the team chemistry together. She truly cares about each player and takes a genuine interest in their well-being beyond the field.
