Being a 4 year starter, I definitely have more positive things to say about him than others. It is hard to pinpoint the exact problem but the tags overhead sum it up well. Very old school mentality and over the years coaching has gotten lazier year by year.

This coach is very unorganized, and despite having been there for many years, he seems to just scrape by and go with the flow rather than actively working to advance or improve the program.
