Coach is well aware of the toxicity on his team and does nothing about it. There is no team building activities promoted or encouraged. He promises his players playtime, tells them to warm up and never puts them in. Highly favors his international recruits even when his bench players are beating us starters during practice. Personally, I don’t know how he’s been here for this long. If you are looking to play here, I’d check the roster. Coach makes empty promises. 16 International players will tell you what you need. So many kids transfer to other D1 programs play at their school so it’s definitely not ability.

Favors his International recruits- promises them a lot. Any home grown players are treated like practice players-Feel bad for the freshman coming in thinking they will get an opportunity to showcase your abilities. If you do, it will be for 8 mins during the winter season and then you are benched for the rest of the season. Gives you false hope! Toxic environment amongst the players; only the level headed will thrive. Good luck to the new recruits!
