After my first year with James as my assistant coach, i would say that he’s one of the most experienced ones that i’ve had. He knows a lot about basketball and he transmits his passion for the game to his players. He’s very easy to talk with and he’ll give you really good advice.

He knows a lot about the game and loves systems and numbers. Sometimes a bit disorganised with individuals and maintaining consistent workouts with his position group.

Overall I like James however he is not always professional, avoids conflict and makes inappropriate comments about young women.
