AccessibleCoolDirectIntenseCoach Jones is a great person who truly cares about his teams and each and every one of his players. He is not a rigid coach who is stuck in his ways and is willing to listen to his staff and his players. You can count on him to have a new tracksuit every practice and for his bald head to be shining when he walks in the gym. Overall great person.
