AccessibleCoolDirectIntenseJen is a great coach who was an amazing player. She sometimes lacks the ability to adapt to situations in games rather than just sticking to the game plan that is not working. She also is not as upfront to the players (a little wishy washy). Overall though, she really does want all the players to succeed on and off the field.
