Jess’s communication and comments to the team are highly un-professional. Her use of language towards the team, is not acceptable. She has favorites and shows it very quickly. Only cares about her reputation and is a totally different person when not in front of publicity. Do not recommend to ever be coached by her.

Poor Communication
Pick favorites and if you are not one of them, the environment is callous and cold. I feel she is not really there for team, just how team can support her career.

I don’t think jess is a good coach or fit for the program. She constantly was degrading to athletes and repeatedly made them cry. She was relentless that the show must go on when athletes were injured or needed other emotional support.
