Drummond is a really positive leader who pushes her team to be better and work towards many firsts the program has yet to accomplish. While she’s newer to the Big 10 conference, I think her prior coaching and playing experience is really motivating and she really encourages a strong buy in on the team. I think communication could be a little clearer but she has great energy and is fun to be around.
