AccessibleCoolDirectIntenseJim Bolster is one of the most inspirational human beings I know. His ability to out-coach is unparalleled in the Ivy League, and he interacts and connects with every single one of his swimmers on a personal level, and is always able to give constructive feedback. Although his decision-making at times may seem strange, it almost always results in a positive outcome.
