Coach Millinder has some great knowledge of the game and has good ideas. He encourages creativity only when it works, so people get punished when trying to be creative and it doesn't completely work the way he wants it to. Also, he favors certain players and neglects those he doesn't favor which is one of his biggest negative qualities.
