Coach Vahrenkamp is a great manager and coach. He will get you better and put the team in the best position to win. I wouldn’t want to be coached by someone different.

Extremely discouraging. Forgetful or a failure to meet deadlines (entering athletes into meets) Rude. Embarrasses people in front of others. Difficult to work with. Greedy with team money and doesn't make decisions based on the best interest of anyone besides himself. Bends the rules when he feels like it.
