KnowledgeableMotivationalCreates A Great Team CultureDevelops Team Beyond The FieldPlayers CoachCoach Joe is a true role model. He’s fair, but tough. Caring, but honest. You won’t find a coach in Division 1 softball more knowledgeable than him. He cares about the whole person and will never sacrifice winning over development. His motto is “we develop to win.” High integrity and always keeps his word

Not A Place To Develop As A PlayerDate: October 1, 2022

Would Recommend
Overall2.0Caring4.0Motivational2.0Knowledgeable3.0Honest1.0Not a program that develops players. Coach becomes attached and to a player or two to detriment of the overall team and makes decisions based on that relationship. Same practices were run all 4 years with zero skill enhancement. Coach and AD unresponsive to concerns. Would not recommend
