    There are no words to describe Coach Joe. He is incredible and incredible strength coach and he knows he knows exactly what he’s talking about. I can honestly say I got very strong through my time at Saint Leo training with him. He’s also a really good person and I trust him with my life.

    I love coach Joe! He is not only a great strength coach and knows what he’s doing but he is a great person! I played volleyball here and coach Joe was our main coach and I honestly got super strong being with him.
