Joe is amazing. He really wants each girl on the team to succeed and pushes you in and out of the water. He also wants the best for you and is willing to talk about life stuff, school issues, drama, or whatever is going on. He is super knowledgeable about the sport and keeps practice interesting by integrating different drills and skill work.
