The spat is the best coach/recuiter i've ever seen and worked with. The word spat was a word that I personally decided to use as his nickname. because meeting him gave me an entirely new way of looking at recruitment. He always strives to be the best at what he does, he always makes sure to communicate what you need help on and what you do great in, and he always makes sure to have everybody as joyous as possible. The coaching world would be absolutely booming if there were more people like him in it, with his determination and never tapering belief in others around him, he's the absolute BEST coach that i've seen in a while.
