Always puts the players first. Can be tough on some players, but only when he's trying to get the best out of them which means he likes you. Treats everyone the same and very fair. EXTREMELY SMART football-wise. Truly listens to players when making schedules. Will bring the best out of you. This guy treats you like family 24/7 365 no matter what.
