Coach Bomar has been instrumental in my growth as an athlete and is straightforward. That’s a quality I appreciate in a coach who will never sugar coat it if you’re having a bad day, a really motivational man.

Coach Bomar's way of coaching was through tough love and pushing everyone. He has been instrumental in the growth of Wofford track & field. He is not the most approachable and understanding and can be really harsh on his bad days.

Coach Bomar has grown a lot the past four years along with his athletes, including myself. I am proud to be one of his athletes. He truly cares about us, and is extremely motivated to get us to the top. He goes above and beyond his coaching responsibilities and rewards those who go above and beyond on and off the track.
