While not my event coach, through observation and conversations he had clear favorites within his training group. Had great athletes but took way too much credit for their accomplishments. He believed he knew more about the sport/event than he actually did.

Josh is a kind coach; however, other coaches have more expertise. He is still finding his way as a coach in the track world. Many of his athletes did exceptionally well due to his positive attitude and love.

Very nice Coach needs a bit more time in the sport to have more expertise but could eventually be great. Hope he gets back out there.
