Coach is in favor of international players. Lack of experience shows on field. Relies on experienced players not coaching ability to be tactical. He says the right things to get you on board but on the other hand is overwhelmed with coaching. If you are looking to learn from what you already know, you will find out your career in soccer has met a dead end. Find a new team and be happier.
