Coach Karen was an outstanding coach who displayed great passion, enthusiasm and love for track and field. She wanted us to win as a team and therefore pushed everyone to be the best they could. She taught us to be fearless and to attack every situation with the mindset of defeating it before we started. Coach Karen taught us to be warriors.

Coach Karen is very knowledgeable about sprints and has a strong determination to win. She is passionate about track and lets the team know it. However, she does play favorites and is hard to relate to it since she has a collective mindset and is not always the best at understanding individual differences.
