Would NOT recommend. Have to be a favorite from the start. Very poor communicator. If you make one bad first impression mind as well transfer cause you’ll never see the field. Not social, not easy to talk to

Hard person to read, there were times where I would go a week without her saying a word to me, sometimes I felt invisible. Also, there is zero team bonding outside of softball practice, and not a lot of effort from the staff's side to ensure a good team culture which is a very important piece to any softball program. Practices are organized and difficult.

Have to really be a favorite from the start to even see any playing time on the field. Anytime I did go in and did well, I was told I “was just lucky.” Very caring outside of softball Would never directly communicate feelings. If she was upset with you, you would find out from someone else. Chose captains that were horrible, did not see the captains true colors.
