One of the most knowledgeable and motivational coaches I have ever played for. Truly loves the game and wants her players to love it and enjoy it as much as she does. Pushes everyone to be their best because she brings it everyday. Will do anything needed if it's what's best for players/ puts them in a position to succeed on and off the field.

DO not go to NU if Kelly is the head coach. She see's her players as products. If you can help the team win, she'll acknowledge your presence. If not, you do not exist in her eyes. A year went by and I think she said 6 words to me. She is very open about discouraging academics and other activities. Stay away.

Does not care about her players as real people. Openly talks about how academics are not important, discourages internships.
