She is a super passionate coach who cares about you as a person on and off the field. She values you as a player but also cares about your academics and how you manage everything which is lovely.

Poor Communication
Being a highly decorated collegiate player does not necessarily equate to being a good and/or successful coach or effective leader. Thankfully she has a lot of talented players but unfortunately she doesn’t always know how to use them or want to use them. She has difficulty relating to players and people in general.

Kelly is a great person with a true passion for field hockey. She really brings the full package to the field as a coach. If you're a recruit and have the opportunity to play for her, definitely do it. Plus BC is amazing!!
