knowledgable but doesn't always know how to convey it. Used to make very sexist comments during meeting/debrief but has improved slightly throughout the years.

Ken has an idiosyncratic personality. He loves sharing stories, and sometimes his meetings go a little long because of this. However, he welcomes all backgrounds and skills to the team, as well as pushes each sailor to improve to his or her fullest. Ken works hard to give everyone opportunity to travel to various northeast venues each weekend.
