Matthews is the whole package. Epitome of the perfect coach. To be a good fit for her and her program you must be a good person, an extremely hard worker, and a team player. Everyone has a role. She'll help you find yours.

Extremely dedicated to the team, not afraid to tell it like it is, and will push you to be the best you can be on and off the ice.
