    He Is not understanding, he has people run through injuries even after the trainer tells him countless times that we need rest. He expects us to choose running over academics. He has made comments about gpas, "once you get a 2.4 gpa you'll be a real runner". He gaslights us into thinking we are fine when we are in a lot of pain. He makes comments about our appearance when we aren't smiling enough or if we look too tired. He just brings us down.
