Kind, and emotionally receptive to athletes' concerns. Operates with an old school mentality but is very open to changing mind and opinions.

While she is knowledgeable and is a great advocate for the athletes she likes, she does not foster a strong team atmosphere and she plays favorites, which really hurts the team dynamic. If you are a favorite, you are all set. Very understanding with injuries and academics.
