AccessibleHonestGreat CommunicatorOrganizedPositive PersonCoach Smith really helps get things done/organized on the team. She is a genuine person who is easy to get along with and will do whatever she can to help you. I don't train with her that much as a distance runner but so far it appears she has had a really positive impact on the sprinters that she trains.
