Ruins team culture. Lies about play time. Crosses boundaries between player/coach (asks about your political beliefs, love life, and social life). Pits players against each other by trying to get the team to hate certain players. Tries to spread gossip throughout the team. She knows field hockey. But is a horrible Person. Took a long time for our team culture to recover after she left.

She doesn't create the best team culture but cares more about hockey which is I guess why we are there. Very good at teaching field hockey.

She is harsh and very direct but because she wants the best for the team. Her coaching style is very direct but it makes you a better player. She knows a lot about hockey and is a really strong coach.
