Her heart is in a good place and there is a large focus on things outside of tennis such as school and personal development, but her inability to lead and lack of confidence in herself impairs her coaching ability and holds back the tennis program as a whole.

Before game time matches, her "talks" to us are not motivational and are more about her. As an overall coach her skills are outdated and does not bring out the best in the team. On many occasions have prevented players who can play sit out for no reason (and a vendetta) to those players.
