AccessibleCoolDirectIntenseCoach Leah is very respectable and knows what she is talking about when it comes to soccer. I think she could be better in certain aspects but she is still very young and new to college coaching, but she is still amazing. I love her as a coach and a person.

Fitness Is ImportantOld School MentalityChooses favorites. Looks to start/be involved in drama within the team. Extremely passive aggressive and is unprofessional at practices. Her negativity and constant screaming from the sidelines have ruined several players’ creativity and passion for the game. Absolutely destroyed team culture.

AccessibleCoolDirectIntenseCoach Leah is a great coach. She is a young coach is is still learning what works best but she really knows soccer. She is approachable and willing to help you on or off the field. She is a friend to players and tries to connect with them outside of soccer as well.

AccessibleCoolDirectIntenseCoach Leah is very personable. Anyone is able to go to her with whatever problems they're having and she will be there for you. She is so knowledgeable about soccer, coming from Messiah College. Having that background is very beneficial for her and she will be able to grow with that in the future. Leah is in the process of culture building at LVC.

AccessibleCoolIntenseLeah is a rather young coach but has the potential to create an extremely exceptional team within the years to come. She sometimes tries to be more of a friend than a coach but she is knowledgeable about the game and I believe she has to capability to shape young women into great soccer players.
