A really good coach! In all fairness to Coach Haynes. He didn't have enough players that loved game. I would run through a wall for this man.

A coach that cares about the players. Definitely, knows the game. Always put the team first. Coach Haynes is like a father figure to many players.

Ruined the grit and dirty ness of football for me personally. This coach acts like they know what they are doing but in reality could not draw up a defensive or offensive play call. Does not understand high pressure situations or what is best for the team. This coach is very hard to relate to. Relies heavily on his coaching staff.
