Luke has done well to bring AIC from where it was battling for a playoffs spot to being ranked and playing for an NE-10 Championship. He is a great coach who cares about the program and his players.

He has a built a great program that was a bottom tier and now one of the top programs in the nation. Not only has the team gotten better, but he has greatly improved the team culture and environment.

Had a great experience playing for Coach Perry during his first 3 years as Head Coach. He has taken the program from being a mediocre mid table side to challenging for titles and making a national tournament appearance. I had a lot of personal issues during my time and AIC but Coach Perry always had my back through all of it and pushed me to be better each day. He’s a great coach but also a great person.

Luke Perry was a great coach and till this day I consider a great friend. Has top notch soccer IQ played at a very high level and has worked day in and day out to develop a strong program. He is a players coach, loves to get to know and develop a bond with his players. Manages to get the most out of them on and off the field. Proud to have taken part in his program and to see where it has gone since he's taken over the program.
