The recruiting process with this coach was not a good experience. Dishonest, strung my daughter along for two years. Went to another school where players are treated with honesty and respect. The players on the team-told us not to come, which was not a great sign. Told us she played favorites but knew the game. Seemed knowledgeable, played under the fantastic, legendary Coach Tsantaris that built the program from the ground up.

I was lucky enough to be coach Rodriguez's favorites and because of that I actually got playing time, but it was very obvious that she played favorites and it put me in an uncomfy position a lot of the time.

I experIenced first hand Mags sitting top players because they didn’t fall in line with her politics and sorority girl mentality. Take note: she puts a special emphasis on her all female staff. She came up under a male coach but she only takes on females on her staff. If you are a team player but aren’t one her cult groupies she will sit you. She’s a smart tactical coach but lacks the ability to deliver big wins because her agenda comes first. Many top players have opted to leave her because of this.
