Hired without experience and has no understanding of the sport. Completely divisive and uninspired. Not sure how she got the job to begin with.

Worst Coach ever. She was had with zero experience and given a crazy salary by Bama. She is extremely clueless, unorganized and lacks any sense of self awareness. Universally hated by her team.

She has done great things for this team. She’s willing to learn and is a good leader. I think she needs to emphasize academics a little more.
