Marlee is truly such an amazing coach. Out of all my years in this sport, she is the one who has helped me reach my full potential. She is not only an amazing coach, but she also truly cares about you as a person. Marlee has helped me in many ways, not only related to running but also in my personal and academic life. She is always focused on the well-being of her student athletes, whether it is being there physical or mental health. I could not have asked for a better coach these past 4 years, and I will always recommend Marlee to any student athlete!!

As a parent, I was deeply disappointed with how my student-athlete was treated by Coach Berg-Haryasz. She refused to accommodate legitimate medical concerns, dismissing a doctor’s note and forcing an ultimatum: compete indoors or not at all. Her rigid, unsupportive approach caused unnecessary stress and ultimately pushed a dedicated student-athlete to transfer to another college.
