DirectBelieves In YouDirectFitness Is ImportantOrganizedPositive PersonHe is personable and good at turning experiences into learning experiences. On the younger side of coaching so isn't the most knowledge when it comes to specifics/technique, but is good a developing athletes. His honesty can hurt, but can also build you up.
