He caused the team to go from 60 members to 12 in 3 seasons. He can’t recruit, he give garbage yardage, and is always on his phone. Doesn’t give technical tips and tells you to “google it” if you’re confused. It’s ridiculous. The teammate-led practices were more productive than the ones he had. The number of people have quit because of him alone is astounding. The remaining people on the team are united in their hate for this man.

very hard to talk to. doesn’t like any input and if swimmers have a problem he blames it on them. Never takes criticism to improve always says he’s not the problem.
