Creates A Great Team CultureKnows The GameOrganizedRespectful To PlayersKnowledgeableMy experience with Coach Mcsloy was overall a good one. He was crucial in my offensive development early in my collegiate career. Although I ultimately ended up leaving the program we were both last at, I will not forget the things I learned from him.
