Lashes out and puts players down. Very negative. Lacks accountability.

One of my favorite coaches I’ve had, could be more vocal when the assistant coach is there because I think he often takes a back seat to the assistant coach, but I personally think my coach is very wise and has a great view of the game and knows how to get the most out of his players and encourages us to be competitive and train hard.
