Overall, not a good experience with this coach. Far more negatives than positives. This coach makes players lose confidence in themselves. Unfair. Doesn’t believe in all of his players. Tells players they can quit if they’re unhappy, but doesn’t take action to ensure they’re happy.

Love him as a person, not as a coach. This game is constantly changing and getting faster, Mike is stuck in the past and unwilling to change. The team needs a positive leader that shows confidence in their abilities and works to make them better.
