Mitch Switzer is a young, power hungry coach that is way too inexperienced to be a division 1 head coach. He care way more about himself than his athletes and certainly picks favorites. He hired his also inexperienced friends as assistant coaches and ruined the track program at Bryant. 20 athletes quit during the 15-16 school year.

Mitch is very knowledgeable in his specific event group (sprinters/hurdlers), and knows how to help them improve their times. However, he lacks many of the qualities you would expect to see in a head coach at the Division 1 level. He is a terrible communicator, can be unreasonable with his expectations of athletes during their free time, and he plays favorites very heavily, especially with who he takes to meets. He will take his favorite athletes to more competitive and far away meets.
