Neil is one of those coaches that makes you earn your stripes. He is brutally honest (almost to a fault at some points, but you always know where you stand. He holds you accountable and challenges you to grow in ways you won’t realize until long after your playing career. You better have tough skin if you play for him but there’s no denying this man is a winner.
