Fitz is a solid guy. He recruits with integrity and it was obvious from the start he cared about my development on/off the field.

Like all coaches he will tell you what he has to get you here. Great guy, very approachable, but not a great in game coach and does not know how to get the best out of his players. Hence why we don't have many guys playing in the league. With that being said, he is the best off the field coach and deeply cares about his players off the field.

Coach Fitz is the main reason that I decided to come and play at Northwestern. He is very open and honest with you about anything, and does not sugar coat or feed you bull crap. He, in my opinion, is one of the top coaches in the NCAA.
