College soccer is a tough environment, and losing my dad right before playing made that transition even harder. Paul took me in and made sure I succeeded not just on the field, but in life beyond it. He genuinely cared about how I was developing through my grief while still pushing me to excel both athletically and academically. I am incredibly thankful for my time at Baylor and for the impact Paul had on my life.
